 The Union Revitalization Minority Advancement Program (URMAP) is dedicated to bridging the gap between historically under-represented and multiple barrier individuals into the field of construction trades and labor for both Union and Non-Union employment. URMAP's goal is to provide construction entities of all trades with "Ready to Employ" individuals thereby creating self sufficient families and stable communities. |
